Victoria is a proud mom to one and a devoted dog mama to her fur baby! With about 7 years of experience working with kids, helping children has always been her dream — and she loves bringing patience, warmth, and fun energy into everything she does. When she’s not serving families, you can find her out on the trails hiking, reading a good book, or spending time with friends. Victoria grew up in Ringgold, GA, and loves being part of the greater Chattanooga community she’s always called home. And if it’s football season, just know she’s a hardcore Alabama fan… Roll Tide!
Sophia Toka

Sophia received her Bachelors degree from Middlebury college and spent one year studying abroad in Japan. After graduation she became a diver and has a passion for ocean conservation. She recently moved to Chattanooga and got married. In her free time she likes to cook new foods and bake bread. She also loves to draw, paint, and learn new languages.
Caitlin Benton
Care Advocate
As the New Patient Coordinator and InSight Scan Technician, she has the privilege of welcoming new patients and helping make their first experience as easy, comfortable, and exciting as possible. She loves getting to know each family, answering questions, and helping them feel right at home from day one. It’s incredibly rewarding for her to be part of a team that’s passionate about helping families achieve better health and wellness.
When she’s not at work, life usually revolves around her kids and the softball field! She’s a proud softball mom and coach, and she loves every minute of the tournaments, road trips, and memories they make along the way. She’s a people person through and through—she loves meeting new people, making others smile, and creating genuine connections. Whether she’s at work, on the ball field, or spending time with family and friends, she tries to bring kindness, positivity, and a little fun to everything she does. She can’t wait to meet you and be part of your family’s wellness journey!
