Meet the Team

Brook Pietrantone

Chief Operations Officer & Integrator

Brook PietrantoneBrook serves as the COO and Integrator at Sprouting Life Chiropractic. Originally from Greensboro, GA, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Science (Sonography) from Armstrong Atlantic State University. After college, she married her husband Joseph and relocated to Chattanooga, where they’ve built a life together with their daughter, Maddie.

Brook spent 14 years working in the medical imaging field, including four years managing a busy outpatient imaging center, before stepping away to focus on her family. When her daughter began experiencing challenges with focus, emotional regulation, and hyperactivity, Brook and her family found Sprouting Life

Chiropractic—and the care they received made a lasting impact on their lives. Inspired by that transformation, Brook joined the SLC team in 2024 as the New Patient Coordinator. In November of that year, she transitioned into her current role as COO and Integrator. She is honored to help lead a mission-driven team dedicated to bringing lasting hope, healing, and transformation to families across the Chattanooga area.

Shea Vetterick

Care Advocate

Shea VetterickShea is a Chattanooga native with a passion for connecting with people and helping them feel seen, understood, and supported. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology from ETSU in Johnson City before returning home to complete her Master’s in Education: School Counseling at UTC.

With over 10 years of experience working with children and families, she brings a strong foundation in communication that is hopeful, solution-focused, and relatable. She strives to create meaningful connections and provide a sense of comfort in every interaction.

She joins the team after first being part of the Sprouting Life community as a mama. After experiencing the positive impact SLC had on her daughter, her entire family now receives care. Inspired by that transformation, she felt called to take the next step—helping spread hope and encouragement to other Chattanooga families.

Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of nearly 10 years and their two little ones. You can usually find her spending time with friends and her church family, enjoying all things Disney, and—almost always—with a coffee in hand.

Kaleigh Taylor

Care Advocate

Kaleigh TaylorKaleigh grew up in Chickamauga, GA, and has spent the last 11 years working in the medical field. She’s always felt drawn to work that helps people feel cared for, seen, and supported—especially kids and families.

Before joining Sprouting Life Chiropractic, Kaleigh was living out of state and working in traditional medicine, but she felt a pull to come back home and find something that truly aligned with her purpose. When she first came across Sprouting Life, something inside her just knew this was where she needed to be. Not only did she join the team, but she also became a patient—and experiencing this care for herself changed the way she understands what real healing and hope can look like.

Outside of the office, you’ll get to know Kaleigh pretty quickly—she was born in Tuscaloosa, so it’s only right that her favorite football team is Alabama (ROLL TIDE!!). But don’t be too surprised if you catch her rooting for Georgia sometimes too. She loves reading, being outdoors, and having game nights with her friends. She also plays video games and can always get behind a good scary movie night.

Kaleigh has four dogs who are her absolute world—Danny, Buffy, Lolly, and Appa—and she’ll happily talk about them any chance she gets. She also loves going on trips with her other half, Dylan, and they’re big on capturing their adventures with Polaroid pictures everywhere they go. And if you really want to know her favorite season—she’ll tell you Halloween is her favorite holiday and she’d keep it around all year long if she could.

Audrey Janow

Care Advocate

AudreyAudrey has always loved helping people and building genuine connections. From a young age, she was drawn to encouraging others, bringing people together, and finding creative ways to communicate ideas that matter. At SLC, she channels that heart into marketing – sharing stories, educating families, and helping parents better understand neurologically focused chiropractic care in a way that feels approachable and real.

A Chattanooga native, Audrey is proud to serve the community she grew up in. Outside of the office, she is a devoted mom to two young children and spends most of her time embracing the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
