Brook Pietrantone
Chief Operations Officer & Integrator
Brook serves as the COO and Integrator at Sprouting Life Chiropractic. Originally from Greensboro, GA, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Science (Sonography) from Armstrong Atlantic State University. After college, she married her husband Joseph and relocated to Chattanooga, where they’ve built a life together with their daughter, Maddie.
Brook spent 14 years working in the medical imaging field, including four years managing a busy outpatient imaging center, before stepping away to focus on her family. When her daughter began experiencing challenges with focus, emotional regulation, and hyperactivity, Brook and her family found Sprouting Life
Chiropractic—and the care they received made a lasting impact on their lives. Inspired by that transformation, Brook joined the SLC team in 2024 as the New Patient Coordinator. In November of that year, she transitioned into her current role as COO and Integrator. She is honored to help lead a mission-driven team dedicated to bringing lasting hope, healing, and transformation to families across the Chattanooga area.
Kaleigh Taylor

Hi, my name is Kaleigh Taylor! I grew up in Chickamauga GA and I have worked in the medical field for 10 years. My main passion in life is to help kiddos thrive and be happy!
I love going on hikes with my friends and my wonderful boyfriend Dylan! We also love spending time with our 4 dogs Danny, Buffy, Lolly, and Appa! My favorite hobbies are reading and watching spooky movies under my heated blanket!
Kassidy Lanham
Care Advocate: Marketing
Kassidy is a dedicated professional who finds joy in balancing her career, music, and family. A proud mom of two—a 6-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son—she embraces both the challenges and rewards of motherhood while pursuing her passion for music. As a singer, she enjoys performing and occasionally writing songs.
Since joining Sprouting Life Chiropractic in January 2025, she has loved being part of the team and takes great pride in her work. A strong believer in the benefits of chiropractic care in everyday life, she is passionate about helping families experience better health and wellness. Kids are her passion, and she finds great fulfillment in nurturing and supporting them. She also loves connecting with other moms, listening to their journeys, and walking together through the highs and lows of motherhood.
Her deep rooted faith is reflected in her active involvement at The Crossing Church, where she serves in both the choir and the nursery.
Beyond work and music, she is an avid fan of Disney, Braves baseball, and Tennessee football. Whether singing, serving, supporting families, or cheering on her favorite teams, she brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.
